Three friends and I made a reservation here before attending a show at Playhouse, although I'm not sure a reservation was needed as it wasn't very busy. Our server was friendly and full of smiles, but the service itself was very slow, both at drink refills and in waiting for our food. I had the clam chowder which I really enjoyed, one friend had the lobster mac n cheese which she said was good, and the other two both ordered the butternut ravioli, which oddly enough didn't have any sauce and so it was incredibly dry. When we asked our waitress about it, the response was that it was on the 'healthy' menu. Does healthy have to mean that it lacks flavor? I guess so. Overall, the rolls were warm, the room was nicely decorated, but if I had to re-do the evening, I'd definitely go somewhere else.

The food was good and our server was nice but the restaurant manager was rude and told us at 4:00 that the dining room was already reserved and we would need to sit at the bar. After eating and leaving at 5:30 there were only 3 tables seated. Disappointed after spending $400 to stay at their hotel to see Phantom of the Opera.
